POS machine price in Delhi: what actually drives the number
What moves the price of a POS counter in Delhi NCR: tills, peripherals, software scope, migration and AMC. Plus the costs most vendors leave out.

Why nobody can quote you honestly in one line
A counter is not one product. The same shop can be quoted two very different numbers depending on whether it needs one till or three, a label printer, a weighing scale, a customer display, and whether the software is part of the deal. Any vendor giving you a single headline figure before seeing your counter is either guessing or leaving something out of it.
The five things that move the price most
How many tills you run. Whether you weigh or label anything — scales and label printers are a real step up. Whether you need a second screen facing the customer. How many SKUs and how much history have to be migrated. And whether you want on-site AMC from year two, or you will take your chances.
The costs vendors leave out of the quote
Installation and cabling. Staff training. Thermal rolls, labels and ribbons, which a busy counter goes through every month. The AMC after the first year. And the cost of the day your machine dies and the vendor is 'sending someone tomorrow' — which is the expensive one.
Where cheap becomes expensive
A tablet and a Bluetooth printer is a fine start for a boutique doing forty bills a day. At three hundred bills a day it will slow your queue down and the printer will fail first. Buy for the queue you expect in a year, not the one you have this week.
How to compare two quotes properly
Put them side by side and ask three questions of each vendor: is installation included, is the warranty on-site or carry-in, and who answers the phone at 8 pm on a Saturday. Those three answers matter more than the difference in the totals. Then ask for the quote itemised — a vendor who will not break it down is telling you something.
Getting a quote from us
Send a photo of your counter and a line about what you sell on WhatsApp. You will get an itemised quote, usually the same day, with installation across Delhi NCR included and a proper GST invoice so you can claim input credit.
Every quote is written for your counter: the configuration, the quantity and the installation are all part of the number. Send us what you sell on WhatsApp and you will have a firm, itemised quote with a GST invoice — usually the same day.
