Comparing POS systems, honestly
Every page here starts with what the other product is genuinely good at, and tells you when you should stay where you are. If we only ever said we were better, you would be right not to believe us.
How we write these pages
Every claim in the comparison tables is either about our own product, where we can be held to it, or about publicly available information about theirs, dated so you can check whether it has changed. Where we are not sure, we say so rather than guess.
We also publish a "stay where you are" column on every page. Some businesses genuinely should not switch — a forty-outlet chain with a central kitchen is not our customer, and pretending otherwise wastes everybody\u2019s time.
What switching actually involves
- We export your item master, stock, party ledgers and outstanding balances — free
