No. Installation, cabling, data migration and two hours of staff training are included within Delhi NCR.
Never. We charge for software, hardware and service. Nothing per transaction and nothing on online orders — which is not true of every product in this market.
Yes. Monthly and annual billing are both available on the software; hardware is bought outright with a GST invoice, or on EMI through most bank cards.
Your data remains yours. You can export items, customers, stock and sales history at any time, and we will help you do it even if you are leaving.
We offer a free demo at your counter with your own items, and a 7-day pilot on request. We do not offer an unsupervised free trial because an unconfigured POS makes a bad first impression.
