Online orders that never get typed in again
Three tablets on the counter, three sounds, one confused kitchen. Aggregator orders should arrive in the same queue as your walk-in orders — and they can.
The useful part
What syncs
| Order ingestion | Swiggy, Zomato and ONDC orders arrive directly in the POS order queue |
|---|---|
| Automatic KOT | Accepted orders print to the kitchen or appear on the KDS without a keystroke |
| Menu and price push | Edit once in the POS; push to every channel |
| Item availability (86) | Mark an item out of stock everywhere at the same moment |
| Channel-wise reporting | Sales, commission and net payout by channel |
| ONDC onboarding help | We help you get listed and take direct orders |
What does not sync
| Rider allocation | That stays with the aggregator |
|---|---|
| Customer phone numbers | Masked by the platform; we respect that |
| Aggregator promotions | Configured on their dashboard, reflected in your reports |
We publish this list because you will find it out anyway — better now than after you pay.

Frequently asked questions

Orders queue with the aggregator and arrive when you are back. Counter billing keeps working offline throughout.
No. The aggregator's commission is between you and them. We take nothing.
It can be, because the buyer-side commission structure is different. We will help you list and let you judge from your own numbers.
