Self-ordering kiosks for QSRs, food courts and clinics

Customers order and pay themselves. The order prints straight to your kitchen. Fewer people at the counter, a queue that moves in parallel, and an upsell prompt that never gets shy.

Average order value goes up — the kiosk always offers the upgrade
Fewer staff needed at the counter during peak
Order errors drop — the customer types their own order

Four steps

How a kiosk order actually flows

  1. 1

Customer browses the menu and taps their order

  2. 2

Pays by dynamic UPI QR or card at the kiosk

  3. 3

Token slip prints with their number

  4. 4

KOT fires to the kitchen printer or kitchen display — no staff touch

Kiosks are quoted after a site survey because the enclosure, payment module and mounting depend on your floor. The survey is free.

Is a kiosk right for you? An honest test

Count the people who walk away from your counter during your busiest hour, for five days. Multiply by your average order value. If that number beats the monthly cost of a kiosk, the kiosk pays for itself — and the upsell prompt is profit on top.

If your peak queue is under five people, or your menu needs explaining, a customer display and faster billing will do more for you than a kiosk will. We will tell you that during the survey rather than sell you the bigger box.
