Your billing software and your card machine, finally talking to each other
In most Indian shops the cashier makes the bill, reads the total out loud, and types it into a separate card or UPI machine. That is fifteen to twenty seconds per customer and a standing invitation to type ₹1,250 as ₹125.
The useful part
What syncs
| Amount push to terminal | The bill total goes to the connected terminal — no keypad, no mistakes |
|---|---|
| Dynamic UPI QR | A QR for the exact amount appears on the customer display; no 'how much?' |
| Auto-reconciliation | Approved transactions come back and close the bill automatically |
| Split payments | Part cash, part card, part UPI on one bill without arithmetic |
| Cash drawer trigger | The drawer opens only on a cash bill, and the event is logged |
| Day-end settlement | Mode-wise totals that match the terminal batch report |
What does not sync
| Acquiring and MDR | Your rate stays between you and your acquirer — we do not take a cut |
|---|---|
| Chargeback handling | Disputes are handled by your payment provider |
| Wallet float | We move the amount, never the money |
We publish this list because you will find it out anyway — better now than after you pay.

Most Android SmartPOS terminals and network-connected card machines support an amount push. Support depends on the model and the provider's integration being enabled on your account — send us the model number and we will confirm before you buy.
A customer display shows a dynamic QR for the exact bill amount. The customer scans, pays, and the bill closes when the confirmation arrives.
Billing continues offline. Card and UPI need the network — but you can still print a compliant bill and settle when the connection returns.
