What we collect
Your name, phone number, email address, business type and location when you submit a form, use the enquiry cart or message us on WhatsApp. We also collect standard analytics — pages viewed, device type, approximate location — through Google Analytics.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, quote a price, arrange an installation or a site survey, and to service the products you buy. We use analytics to understand which pages help people and which do not.
What we never do
We do not sell your data. We do not share your phone number with third-party marketers. We do not send bulk marketing messages to numbers that did not opt in.
Cookies
We use cookies for analytics and to remember what is in your enquiry cart. Your enquiry cart is stored in your own browser, not on our servers. You can clear it at any time from your browser settings.
Third parties
Google Analytics (usage measurement) and WhatsApp/Meta (when you choose to message us). Their own privacy policies apply to data they collect.
Your rights
Write to info@posonline.net.in to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will action deletion requests within thirty days except where we must retain invoices for statutory accounting periods.
Data retention
Enquiry data is retained for two years. Customer transaction and invoice data is retained as long as tax law requires.
