Aero Pack POS was started because shopkeepers in Delhi were buying software from one company, the machine from a dealer, the card terminal from a bank agent and the signage from somebody else — and then calling four numbers when the queue was building.
What we believe
One counter, one vendor, one invoice. A shopkeeper should not be assembling software from one company, the machine from a dealer, the card terminal from a bank agent and the signage from somebody else — and then calling four numbers when the queue is building. We supply the whole counter, so we own the whole problem.
A quote should be fast and itemised. We do not publish a headline number, because a counter is not one product and the figure changes the moment we look at your shop. What we do promise: send us a WhatsApp message and you get an itemised quote, usually the same day, broken down line by line so you can take it to another vendor and compare.
Billing must never stop. Delhi shops lose connectivity constantly — basements, dense markets, evening congestion. Software that stops billing when the internet stops is not fit for this city.
Compatibility is a fact, not a sales claim. We test machines against the software our customers actually run and publish the results, including the ones that do not work.
Support means a person. Our engineers are on our payroll. Same-day across Delhi NCR. Not a partner network, not a ticket queue.
What we sell
Billing software for twenty-eight business types, POS machines and peripherals, payment terminals and customer displays, self-order kiosks, digital menu boards and signage — plus installation, training, AMC and the consumables that keep a counter running.
What we do not do
We do not take commission on your sales. We do not take a cut of your online orders. We do not sell your customer data. We do not sell to forty-outlet enterprise chains, because we would not serve them well.
