Buying hardware separately from your software
There is nothing wrong with it, and it is often the cheaper path. You keep the software your staff already knows and replace only the machine that is slowing you down. The risk is buying a terminal or printer that turns out not to drive your cash drawer, or a scanner that will not read the codes you actually scan.

We ship hardware across India by courier. Free on-site installation and same-day service are available in Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad and Faridabad; outside NCR we install remotely and ship a pre-configured machine.
No. Installation, cabling, software setup and two hours of staff training at your counter are included free within Delhi NCR.
Often, yes. Send a photo and the model number on WhatsApp and we will quote an exchange value against a new terminal or bundle.
One year as standard — on-site in Delhi NCR for terminals, printers, drawers and scales, carry-in for handheld devices. Extended AMC cover is available from year two and is quoted with the machine.
